Tube bending

We use our state-of-the-art, computerised numerical controlled tube bending machines to further process the tubes cut on the laser systems. Individual customer requests are quickly fulfilled.
With the right software, even the most complicated tube geometries can be designed, and bent quickly and precisely.
It is possible to bend tubes with different radii that taper into each other.

• Bending profiles, rectangular and flat oval tubes
• Bending radii from 1.5 - 3 x D to 180°

Quality assurance:
Three-dimensional tube geometries can be quickly and reliably measured and, if necessary, corrected with a measuring arm.
